Description
Moderator of BioVision session « Water in the city »
A. Zehnder "water in the city" is not a quantitative problem but a qualitative one. The technology is there, the real issue is to improve water management throught a better gouvernance. One key element appears to be education and empowerment of people, rather than equipment and technology.
