100 Days

Recently moved to Johnson County, KS. Below is a summary of some work done and the expenses. Not all is captured in the video.

Upstairs Bathroom: (3 weeks total) –$2,500
-Everything replaced but the soaking tub and exhaust fan.

Master Bathroom: (7-8 weeks total) - $4,700
-Everything replaced but the tub and exhaust fans;
-Shower framing walls and insulation had to be repaired/ replaced due to mold;
-Added Heated Flooring and a TV... because why not.

Laundry Room: (1 week total) - $300
- Replaced flooring.

Electrical: (3 weeks total) - $1150
-Replaced all incandescent and CFL bulbs with LEDs;
-Removed dated fluorescent light fixtures;
-Replaced outside light fixtures and put them on a solar timetable switch;
-Replaced 74 standard outlets with Tamper/Child Resistant Decorator Outlets;
-Replaced 43 standard ligh ttoggle switches with Decorator Rocker Switches;
-Replaced 10 standard light toggle switches with motion sensor activated switches;
-Replaced any other wall outlets/sockets with decorator styling; and
-Added electrical outlets and prewired HDMI and coaxial lines for wall mounted TVs.

TV: (1 Week) - $100
-Attic antenna setup with an amplified signal splitter for 8 TVs.
