Description

Professor Kim, what I can imagine off the top of my head is most likely U.S. President Trump's call to these business leaders for heavy investment in the U.S. and quite possibly their participation in creating an anti-Huawei front THAT perhaps less likely now that he and Chinese President Xi agreed to scale down this trade slash cybersecurity dispute and resume negotiations.
But, before we delve into the industries, I want to touch upon the bigger bilateral relations between the two economies.

The early riser and the die-hard twitter fan that he is, President Trump wasted no time this morning.
He took twitter saying South Korean President Moon and he had "toasted" their new Trade Deal - which in his words are far better for the U.S. than that they had replaced.
We presume he's referring to the South Korea, U.S. free trade deal and a big revision to that. The details of the revised deal haven't been made public, yet. What kind of changes can we expect in this new deal?

With regards to this pact, what are some key observation points that require our extra attention?
How will this revised trade pact affect the two economies?

All right. We'll come back to you, Professor Kim, to discuss the fine prints of the Trump-business leaders' meeting in just a little bit.
