セヤルブレッド Coriander and Mint Chutney Bread

Description
材料:
コリアンダーの葉っぱ1カップ
ミントの葉1/2カップ
緑チリ3本
生姜
にんにく4 - 5個
お水
油大さじ1杯
刻んだ玉ねぎ1個
お水1/2カップ
タマリンドの汁大さじ2 - 3杯
お塩
ブレッド200グラム
コリアンダーの葉っぱ
チーズ
ブレンダーにコリアンダーの葉っぱ、ミントの葉っぱ、緑チリ、生姜、にんにくを加えてペスーとにします。
熱した油に刻んだ玉ねぎを加えます。色が変わって玉ねぎが柔らかくなると前に作ったペーストを入れます。一分ちょっと炒めます。お水, タマリンドのジュースお塩を加えて一口サイズに切ったのふわふわなパンを加えます。
この上にチーズを下ろしてこの美味しいスナックを楽しんでください。
Ingredients:
1 cup coriander leaves
1/2 cup mint leaves
3 green chillies (finely chopped)
1 pc ginger
4 - 5 cloves garlic
Water
1 tbsp oil
1 onion (finely chopped)
1/2 cup water
2 - 3 tbsp tamaarind juice
Salt
4 Breads (roughly chopped)
Coriander leaves
Cheese
Method:
- Grind coriander, mint leaves. chillies, ginger, garlic into a smooth paste after adding some water
- Heat some oil in a pan and add the onions
- Once the onions are soft, add the coriander mint paste and saute it for a min
- Add water, tamarind juice, salt and mix everything well
- Add the breads and mix everything well.
- Sprinkle some more coriander leaves and the dish is ready to be served
- Garnish it with grated cheese
