Something is coming through
It sure isn’t pleasant enough
But I want it to come through
I was happy with what I got
Now I realize it was just too little
Never knew what taste was
Cuz I was living on pills

Had the fruit that you ordered not to
Reality is making me swoon
I was living on the dark side of the moon

Revelation is coming through
It sure isn’t comforting enough
But I want it to come through
I was happy being a slave
But the leash was getting too tight
Needed to break free from you
Needed to see some light.

I ll never do what you want me to
Will have the fruit that you ordered not to
It is going to make me immune
To the dark side of your moon
