Description
People in Zimbabwe's capital Harare are going through a severe water shortage, a problem that is even worse for those who cannot pay the bill. Tackling the water crisis was one of the campaign promises of the government. Creaking infrastructure and lack of capacity means the city council can barely meet half of the city's required water needs. Al Jazeera's Osama Bin Javid reports.
