Zero billing program

President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. highlighted the implementation of the Zero Billing Program at the Eastern Visayas Medical Center, saying that patients and their families no longer have to shoulder additional hospital expenses as costs are covered by PhilHealth and the Department of Health. He stressed the need for all hospitals nationwide to implement the new procedure.
