Zandi Wardle - I won't cry

Though I feel a lump in my chest,
Manoeuvring its way in to my heart,
Compelling my body to vacuum in heat as,
I almost can’t hold it in….
Deep down, I’m drowning in my own tears… but you will never see it.
I’m thinking, Time…!
A gift from above, I freely gave unto thee …yet,
This is how you thank me!
Treat me like its nothing, like I should have known…
Its ok… coz, that’s why we have the Man upstairs!
He sees! ! !
The pain I’ve kept hidden, He sees!
I yearn for the day I will forget,
Forget I ever met you when my Father restores,
Replaces,
Renews and repairs the broken pieces… scattered at that time,
The time I freely gave unto thee.
