How do we know that God loves us,
That we are kept in his care?
It is seen in each ray of sunshine,
Each blossom whose scent fills the air.

It is Present in rain after dryness,
And shown through the grace he imparts;
It is given in sweet deeds of kindness.
He has written His love on our hearts.
