Young more vulnerable to heart attacks?

Kannada actor Puneeth Rajkumar passed away due to a heart attack at 46 on October 29, which left everyone shocked. Earlier in September, another actor and Big Boss Season-13 winner, Siddharth Shukla, died due to a heart attack at the age of 40.  Puneeth was a fitness enthusiast and he often shared photos and videos of him working out at the gym. In a similar way, Siddharth was also very particular about his exercise and meditation. While there are multiple factors like lifestyle disorders, lack or more of physical activity, a stressful life which may lead to heart attack. However, experts suggest even if you are leading a healthy lifestyle, what many may presume, overexercising and taking health supplements can be equally harmful as a sedentary lifestyle.
