Young Driver Causes Chaos in Daytona

Info from Licensor: "Young male driver ran through a green light colliding into a passerby. Some words were shared and a bystander expressed he was calling the police. The young male proceeded to flee, hitting a second car then reversing and hitting a palm tree, then clipping the van in the video. Thank goodness he chose to hop the sidewalk and go between the palm trees instead of squeezing through my car that was boxed in. Bystanders jumped off the sidewalk for their lives as he hit another tree, jumped the curb into another vehicle. He sped off and it is unknown how many more vehicles or property he damaged on his way out. His tag was captured and many other bystanders captured some videos as well. The police were called."
