Info From Licensor: "This female owl (eagle owl) was born in the kennel . Usually, she lives outside the city in the aviary. She was brought into the city, then put on a leash for her own safety. The leash does not cause any more anxiety for the owl than a leash would for dogs. The cat came from the neighbors on the floor of all of a sudden. The cat cannot cause harm to the owl as it is always under supervision."
