It takes only one shot,
One opportunity,
Take the courage, speak up.
There is nothing to fear.

Oh dear,
It is ok if you have been hurt,
No ones life is perfect.
We are here to listen and help.

Do not be shame to say,
Everything you have inside.
Life is made for us to fall,
And recover from it,
Making us strong.

Do not hold back,
And take those words out,
Take a deep breath and let things out,
There is nothing to worry about.

I’m here for you, you hear me?
You are not alone.
We are all a child of god.
Now please, tell me all.
I will hold you,
I promise, you would not fall.
