Work deals with human experiences portrayed through animals and the relationships that arise from interactions with nature and other species. Within my narratives I tie in themes from Russian folklore and draw on nostalgia and my own experiences growing up among timeworn architecture, forests and rural landscapes. Born in Tomsk, Russia, in 1987.
