Yemen talks end in stalemate
3 Views • Jul 24, 2012
Description
Saleh says that he is prepared to leave office by the end of the year, and possibly sooner, but only if he is allowed to leave with "dignity" and to remain head of his political party.
The opposition, however, has accused Saleh of political manoeuvring, and insist that he and his family stand trial for alleged corruption.
Al Jazeera's special correspondent, who we are not naming for her own safety, reports from the capital Sanaa.
