Wushu staff poking

a little instruction about techniques of the staff : poking is done in a similar way snooker is played .. let me explain : for the right hand side : the left hand should be fixed to your body while the front hand moves forward pulling the staff to thrust forward. for the left poke on the other hand : here the right back hand pushes the staff sliding it through the left one.
A mayor mistake is to move both hands at the same time and not glide the staff through one of them, this will make the staff move forward in a uncontrolled way instead of in a straight line !
