Would you take a pay cut?

Welsh actor Michael Sheen has said he would "absolutely" take a pay cut if it meant being paid the same amount as a female actress.He made the statement while speaking at a March for Women event in London, where thousands turned out to support women's rights and gender equality.

But what would you do if you found out a female co-worker was being paid less for the same work? Would you take a pay cut?
