Would BJP-PDP make the government?

With Omar Abdullah clarifying that there was no discussion going on between the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and National Conference (NC), the possibility of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) forging an alliance with the BJP to form a government in Jammu and Kashmir has brightened.While the PDP secured 28 seats, the BJP won an impressive 25 in the 87-member J&K Assembly. NC won 15, Congress 12 and Others managed 7 seats.
