The tallest free-standing tower of pencils was constructed by Bilal Asif at expo Centr in Karachi(PAKISTAN) on 6 july 2013.only 3 hour 2 mins 40 sec 10,000 pencils were used to construct a free-standing pencil tower measuring 4.90 m [9 feet, 8 in.] high

The tallest free-standing tower of pencils was constructed by students at Eisenhower Junior High School in Taylorsville, Utah (USA) on 20 October 2006. 1,943 pencils were used to construct a free-standing pencil tower measuring 2.90 m [9 feet, 6 in.] high 3 days.
