At the heart of the smart #5's digital ecosystem is the latest-generation AMD V2000 chipset, enabling an intuitive human-machine interface (HMI). This advanced system features a 25.6-inch augmented reality head-up display, a 10.25-inch full-HD digital instrument cluster, and two 13-inch OLED screens in the center and on the passenger side, ensuring a seamless and interactive user experience. AI-assisted voice control, paired with the new avatar Leo, provides guidance and hands-free control of numerous vehicle functions. In addition, smart OS 2.0 offers optimized EV routing and a new Video Center that enables in-vehicle video streaming. Thanks to Epic Games' Unreal 3D engine, the display graphics are very smooth and detailed, allowing easy operation of all digital user interface functions.

For an unparalleled sound experience, the new smart #5 is equipped with the Sennheiser Signature Sound System with 20 high-performance speakers. Combined with the hub speaker on the dashboard, which is synchronized with the ambient lighting, the audio system adds a special touch to every journey. To ensure a personalized soundscape, users can fine-tune the audio system to their preferences with a range of customization options, including sound effect settings, immersion levels, bass levels, and sound focus zones. With a maximum output of 1,190 watts and integrated speakers configured for various input formats—from stereo and surround to a full 7.1.4 Dolby Atmos setup—the system offers an adaptable and immersive listening environment on the go.
