In the funny video, the bare-chested worker, who is wearing a hard hat, lifts himself up and down on the moving digger while performing impressive tricks around his waist with five steel hoops.
According to reports, the man is a fitness enthusiast and has been working out for the last five years.
The video was filmed in Shanwei City in southern Guangdong Province in 2017.
