Description
Editing the permalink of an existing page or post in the newest version of WordPress no longer generates a permanent redirect. http://www.pdxtc.com/wpblog/wordpress/wordpress-2-82-changing-url-is-bad/
This is bad for retaining inbound link value, bad for the search engines, and just plain bad for everyone all around. I winder why they did this?
