Wireless sensor activates police cams automatically
2 Views • Mar 03, 2017
Description
The Signal Sidearm, designed by Taser International, is a wireless sensor that attaches to an existing police firearm holster. It can be connected to dash cameras, body cams and other wearable cameras such as headcams.
When a gun is drawn from the holster, it triggers all cameras within 30 feet to record automatically, which helps provide recordings of the same event from different perspectives.
The product will be available in the third quarter of 2017.
