Winter Storm Grayson causes major flooding in Boston
Description
At least a foot of water was seen from a building overlooking Congress St. in Boston on 4 January. Soon after Winter Storm Grayson hit Boston, the city's tide observation was on its way to becoming the highest recorded since 1921; record 4.82', according to the National Weather Service.
