The Philippine Military Academy shows why it emerged the champion during the 1st Presidential Silent Drill Competition at the Qurino Grandstand in Manila on Friday, December 20, 2019. The presentation was part of the closing ceremony of the National ROTC Summit, which President Rodrigo Roa Dutrerte attended. In his speech, the Commander-in-Chief pushed anew for the revival of the mandatory Reserve Officers Training Corps.
