Winds Whip Over the Outer Hebrides

Winds were whipping around the north shore of Scotland on Tuesday, October 21, as the remnants of Hurricane Gonzalo pushed across the United Kingdom. Cody Duncan, a photographer, posted this video of the winds and sea.
