Winds From Typhoon Mangkhut Batter Guam

Parts of Guam were without power on September 10, according to local reports</a>, as Typhoon Mangkhut bore down on the Pacific island territory.

A typhoon warning was in place for Guam International Airport on that date, with the National Weather Service reporting gusts of up to 75 mph.
