It's always amazing the lies people tell,
When nothing is fine and all isn't well,
When nothing and no one is quite what they seem,
And happiness dies like the fragilest dream.
So I don't understand why I can't tell apart
The lie on my lips from the truth in my heart.
And I don't want to know why I feel like I do,

When I touch,
When I think about,
