William Jackson - Feel Something!

What do you mean
you do not feel?

I feel everything!

Love and hate,
Peace and violence,
Happiness and despair,
Tears and laughter.

The problem is
I feel deeply.

I cannot relate to people
who don’t seem to feel
anything and then
complain about it.

Try never knowing
the depths of your emotions;
this is good when you’re up!
But, try it when you’re down.

Then complain to me
about how you have
nothing to live for
and no hope.

Feel something!

Don’t give me that crap
that all we live for is to die.

I want to live forever
even when I’m suicidal.

I would rather feel anything
than be emotionless.

Feel something!

To feel
is to be alive!
