Will Rats Eat Other Rats?

Rats are opportunist and they eat almost anything so they will eat baby rats or dead rats if they get the chance but normally they prefer to eat different food. Rats eats various kinds of food so normally they don't have scarcity. But since they have such bigger family they need to continuously feed and when they starve due to lack of availability of food, rats can eat each other to survive. Normally the weak ones get eaten first but eventually there is chaos and then every rats attacks each other. They become aggressive and their cannibalistic nature becomes much more prevalent.
