Will Biden's Delaware Records Haunt Him?

Joe Biden is under scrutiny due to allegations of sex assault from a former staffer.
The staffer said she filed a complaint, which may be among Biden's records at the University of Delaware.
Biden can unseal the records if he chooses to.
However, according to Business Insider, Biden does not want the records unsealed.
Some political analysts say Biden's sealed records will haunt him for the the remainder of the 2020 campaign.
According to Business Insider's Anthony L. Fisher "they represent a genuinely serious issue that is unlikely to be concluded to anyone's total satisfaction."
"They will suck up a great deal of campaign oxygen from now until November."
Pundits say Biden would be wise to open up all his records so he can put the sex assault allegations to bed.
