Wild Cooking - Russula Mushrooms

A lot of mushrooms of the Russula genus are edible and make delicious food that you can cook in the wild. An old Austrian recipe: roast the mushrooms in oil, add salt and caraway, roast till the water is gone. Then add a little water and roast again till the water is gone. Bon Appetit.\r
