Wild Cards (2024)

"Wild Cards" is a new comedic crime procedural series that premiered in January 2024. Here's the synopsis:
A spirited con woman and a demoted by-the-book detective are given the chance to redeem themselves. The catch? They must find a way to work together, each using their unique skills, to solve crimes.
Essentially, it's a classic "buddy cop" formula with a twist. Vanessa Morgan plays Max Mitchell, the con woman, and Giacomo Gianniotti plays Cole Ellis, the detective. They are forced into an unlikely partnership, bringing their very different approaches to crime-solving together.
The show is co-produced by CBC and The CW and airs in both Canada and the United States.
