WikiLeaks: Can US stop Pak terror against India?

In the months that followed the Mumbai attacks, Lakhvi and other Lashkar-e-Taiba leaders like Abdul Wajid (aka Zarrar Shah)and Mazhar Iqbal (aka al Qama) were arrested and cables sent from the US Embassy in Pakistan to Washington, and accessed by WikiLeaks, suggest that they are free today because there was insufficient proof to convict them.
