It was clear from the story that he had a thing for women police officers. So, it could have been worse! This was an excellent script and the episode was so hilarious. I was laughing out loud when Ryan/Serg was trying to get the key and the part with the tape recorder, Dory playing Ryan/Serg 3 times when Kate tried to speak to her, funny beyond words!
