Why LTFRB wants GPS on buses?

The Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) wants to put Global Positioning System (GPS) devices on all buses to easily monitor and arrest colorum vehicles and speeding drivers. The Land Transportation Office will use breath analyzers to arrest drunk drivers.
