There are many groups that must constantly take the flu vaccine, such as:
Children from 6 months to 4 years old
Elderly people aged 50 and over
People with chronic diseases such as: lung disease, high blood pressure, liver and kidney diseases, neurological diseases, metabolic diseases, diabetes
Women who are pregnant or planning to become pregnant
People receiving long-term aspirin therapy

And side effects of the vaccine:
