Why Does Marvel Seem Resistant To Diversity?

Diversity in comic books is a hot topic right now.

But lately it's been debated whether there's a bigger issue in comics lately.

Executives claim there is resistance to female-fronted superhero-movies and more diverse comic titles.

Several titles were cancelled this month, including Gwenpool, Luke Cage, Iceman, Generation X, and America.

But expecting lesser known titles to do as well as Batman or Spider-Man is not realistic either.
