Why banning fraternities won't work

With the recent increase in hazing-related incidents, some legal minds believe it's time to ban fraternities. But Cavite Governor Jonvic Remulla, a member of the Upsilon Sigma Phi, and Senator Sonny Angara, a member of the Sigma Rho fraternity, say banning fraternities would be counter-productive.
