The Pfizer BioNTech vaccine was the first to be approved by the World Health Organisation. So why didn't T&T receive that vaccine first instead of the Oxford-AstraZeneca which is the second vaccine to be approved in the COVAX Facility? Alicia Boucher sought the answer from the Health Minister.
