As a business owner, do you ever think, "Who's working for who here?"

Have you found that it doesn't matter how many staff you seem to employ — your work load never lightens? Or do you notice that often staff are asking whether you had a chance to do this or have you managed to get this done yet?

Does it seems that when something needs to be sorted out, it always ends up being you that needs to sort it out? Do you ever have to answer the same question over and over and have you noticed that often the same question gets asked by the same person?
