Who'll repay the LTRO?

From the end of this month banks will have the option to start paying back the LTRO, the cheap three-year loans introduced by the European Central Bank to add liquidity to the eurozone banking system. But how many many actually will? Huw van Steenis, banking analyst at Morgan Stanley, discusses with capital markets correspondent Mary Watkins, which countries's banks will pay back early and what this tells us about the eurozone's health.
