Which Notebook Computer Has the Best Webcam?

Frankly, it's been done the way it has because video is a tough process and we were searching for the quickest and easiest way to do it. I've made the decision to look for a laptop with an HD webcam to allow me to record higher quality videos and send them out to YouTube quickly and easily.
