When wheelies go bad

The end result of a wheelie onboard a Moto Morini Scrambler that landened slightly off-skew with a MCN staffer onboard, or off it as was the case. As far as we know there isn't a medical journal in the world that recognises this type of injury, but maybe MCN readers could come up with a suitable title?
