When Dogs Eat Things They Shouldn't

Occurred on January 2022 / Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada

: "The video shows 3 dogs undergoing endoscopy (scoping) to have foreign bodies removed from their stomach. Foreign bodies are objects that dogs eat that they should not. The first dog (sheep dog mix) ate a green toy, the second dog (Frenchie) ate a sock, and the third dog (Westie) ate a nerf ball. All 3 dogs were scoped in a single week in January of 2022. During this procedure, I go with a scope (camera) and use various tools (baskets, snares, grasper) to remove the foreign material. The patients are under general anesthesia when this happens. They wake up and go home the same day after their procedure thus AVOIDING surgery."
