What to do with tangled Christmas lights?

We have over a 120' of icicle lights which are so much harder to untangle because they have 6" lights hanging from the main lights so they always end up in ball. We usually just throw them out and buy new ones. Now that we are in the middle of a pandemic, I have a lot more time on my hands so I managed to tangle one set of lights and I wrapped them around the legs of my table and the rest of the bowl I covered my ugly umbrella stand. It looks pretty cool. And there at door lights so I don't have to worry about when it rains.
