What needs to happen before countries lift lockdowns?

With signs in some countries that the coronavirus pandemic may have reached a plateau, governments are looking at how to lift lockdown restrictions on their crippled businesses and restless populations.

The World Health Organization (WHO) has set out six criteria to help countries decide when to lift lockdowns.
