What is the "slow life"?

This movement was born in 1986: it consists in redefining one's priorities to slow down one's pace of life.
This "art of living" is based on quality rather than quantity.
Among the benefits: no longer feeling overwhelmed and forgetting yourself, blossom and be happy.
With the Slow life, we learn again to appreciate the small things of everyday life.
It can be reflected at different levels:
slow food: eat healthy by taking the time to cook.
slow parenting: spend more time with your children.
slow business: get rid of things that can cause unnecessary stress at work.

Slow life allows you to live fully in the present moment, to learn to listen to your body and to awaken your senses.
It reminds us of the importance of nature and letting go.
Here are some gestures and habits to put in place gradually:
- Take a relaxing walk at the end of the day
- Get some fresh air during lunch break
- Meditate for 5 to 10 minutes a day to feel better about your day
- Anticipate your day with an elaborate schedule
- Limit the use of screens and especially social networks
- Focus on one thing at a time
