What is the mystry behind intuitive dreams?

Most of times, I can see the dreams in the night. I see something, which is going to happen in my future; usually it is in the early mornings. This situation creates fear in my mind because I have already seen many things like my friends death in my dreams and it happened. Why do I see these and how can I get over come this problem?
