Design thinking is a 6 step method that helps us to solve problems:

1 – We need to understand the challenge
2 – Observe the potential end-user by conducting interviews
3 – Create a point of view (the exact definition of the problem)
4 – Ideate
5 – Create a prototype of the winning idea
6 – Test the prototype (let the end-user test the prototype)
